Pricing is on enquiry. We quote each plan around your sites, your users and the data you need connected. Contact us and we’ll put together a proposal for your organisation.
What is the Data & Governance plan?
Data & Governance is the base plan. It connects your data sources, monitors data quality and gives you a basic executive KPI dashboard, so your data is governed before it reaches your dashboards. Every plan includes it.
How do user licences work?
Plans include concurrent user (CCU) licences: 5 with Data & Governance, 20 with Foundation+ and 40 with Performance. Enterprise is scoped for each client. A CCU licence counts the people signed in at the same time, and licences cover the Admin and Viewer roles.
Can we add more users or data later?
Yes. More users can be added with user packs. Data volume is covered by data packs, and every plan includes one. Each new data source is set up as a one-off task, quoted separately.
Is there a minimum contract length?
Yes. Plans run on a 12-month contract. A one-off setup fee is quoted after a free discovery period. Bespoke connectors, embedded or API delivery, custom reports and non-standard service levels are scoped separately.
