Refund Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan is provided at no cost. No refunds apply as no payment is taken.

2. Paid Subscriptions — Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent periods
  • No partial-period refunds are issued for unused days within a current billing period unless required by law

3. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, you may request a pro-rated refund for remaining full months within 30 days of your annual renewal date. Refund requests outside this window will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Service Failure Refunds

If we experience downtime exceeding our published SLA (99.5% monthly uptime) in any given month, affected customers may be eligible for a pro-rated service credit. Credits will be applied to the next invoice rather than issued as cash refunds unless the subscription is being cancelled.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). You may be entitled to a refund if a service fails to meet a consumer guarantee. Please contact us to discuss your situation.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
